Q. How do I save MapQuest directions as a PDF?

If you are planning on using DocuSign for a Travel Reimbursement Voucher and have directions from MapQuest that you need to submit with the voucher, you will need to convert these directions to a PDF.

Converting Your Directions to a PDF

1. Go to MapQuest and get the directions you need for your voucher.
2. Click on the Print button. This will lead to a screen showing the directions in MapQuest's own Print Preview.

   

3. Click on the green print button at the top of the page.

   

4. Change the printer to Save as PDF.

   

5. Click on the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.

   

6. You will be prompted to name the PDF document. Be sure to choose a location on your PC that you will remember. Click on the save button.

Your directions are now saved as a PDF.
