If you are planning on using DocuSign for a Travel Reimbursement Voucher and have directions from MapQuest that you need to submit with the voucher, you will need to convert these directions to a PDF.
Converting Your Directions to a PDF
- Go to MapQuest and get the directions you need for your voucher.
- Click on the Print button. This will lead to a screen showing the directions in MapQuest's own Print Preview.
- Click on the green print button at the top of the page.
- Change the printer to Save as PDF.
- Click on the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen.
- You will be prompted to name the PDF document. Be sure to choose a location on your PC that you will remember. Click on the save button.
Your directions are now saved as a PDF.
