New with Leap 7.4!
Pull the item(s) from the hold shelf. Note: items cancelled in this process do not appear in the Cancelled holds report, so you must have the book in hand to follow these steps.
Open Patron account and go to Holds
Select the hold checkbox(es) and Cancel
- You can select multiple holds at the same time
Select the hold checkbox(es) and Reactivate
Note: Reactivating the hold places the patron back in the original position in queue
Select the hold checkbox(es) and Suspend/Reactivate
Select new date and Update Activation Date to suspend the hold(s) until that date
Check In item to change status from Held to In or fill another hold request
Note: patrons can cancel their own hold requests but they CANNOT reactivate their cancelled requests. Only staff can reactivate cancelled holds.
For more information on managing patron holds, see this Insider compilation
