Importing a Power Automate Template Flow
Power Automate creates "Flows" and is available to all staff members who have full Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions. You can check out Power Automate ahead of time by logging in to Office.com and selecting the Power Automate icon in your list of apps. For more about Power Automate please read this Microsoft Documentation.
- Go to portal.office.com
- From the waffle menu, select Power Automate
- Select My Flows
- Select Import at the top of the page
- Select Import Package (Legacy)
- Select Upload
- Find the file you downloaded and select. Select Open
- Under Review Package Content select Create as new if it doesn't say that already
- Under Related resources, for each item:
- Select Select during import
- In the list under Name, select your email.
- Select Save

- Select Import. Importing may take a few moments
- After import is successful, select My Flows from left menu
- Select the 3 dots next to the new flow you imported
- Select Turn on to turn on flow
- You may want to test the flow to make sure it is working.
