*Note: New Konica printers are being installed as of 7/15/2025. Pin numbers should remain the same.

Paste the following bolded line into your File Explorer window and press Enter. A command prompt window will appear - let it finish running and it will close on its own after uninstalling previous printer paths and reinstalling the new options. You'll look for any of the Konica_BW paths on FFXTOM or FFXOM etc.

  • Ordering supplies:
    • Can scan QR code.
  • Reporting issues:
    • Can use the report a problem on the Konica itself, or call the phone number, or can submit an ESMP ticket.
    • Make sure to include the serial number of the machine with any of these methods.

Previous Printer instructions

Staff Konica machines:

  • You will need a PIN for MFA upon print release.
  • Backroom staff Konicas are B/W.
  • Printer paths starting with Konica_BW should already be pushed out to all machines. You can set one of the Konica_BW entries as your default printer.
    • No worries if the ending numbers on your Konica_BW printers vary from the screen shot below. We have multiple servers to spread the load, so the most important part is Konica_BW.
    • If you do not see any Konica_BW entries, then please copy and paste the following link into File Explorer to install the new print queues for the new Konicas. Staff copiers are B/W.

Staff will re-register their proxy cards and designate a four digit PIN number as a second factor authentication. You will have to put in the pin number to release your jobs. If a user forgets their pin number send an ESMP ticket and county IT will reset the pin.

To Register

A video on these steps is linked below - Setting a PIN and Associating Your County Access Card

  • Swipe proxy card
  • Press OK
  • Highlight PIN
  • Enter a four digit pin number you will remember
  • Press OK
  • Highlight User Name: Type exactly as you log onto your county computer - example aconer
    • Tip from TE: Use the display panel to type rather than the keyboard.
  • Press OK
  • Highlight Password: Type exactly as you log onto your county computer
  • Press OK
  • Press Log In

Sound Settings - Beeping and Chimes

If you put in a ticket with Meridian, they can come out to turn off the beeping noises, except for when someone is using the machine. The beeping sound can be switched to a more pleasant chime.
