Changing your Branch and Phone Information in Outlook and Office 365
If you changed branches for a new position or for an extended temporary reassignment such as for a renovation, you should update your branch address, location, and phone information. Your address and location determine your ability to view your branch Schedule App. Your address, location, and phone number are visible in Teams and Outlook.
- Visit http://provisioning/userinfo/
- Select User Profile Editor
- Select from Address, Telephones, and/or Organization to update information
- Set your home branch address by choosing Address from the list and using the drop down under Location to choose branch's address.
- Change your home branch by choosing Organization from the list and using the drop down under Division to choose the branch name.
- Change your phone number by choosing Telephones from the list and entering your desk phone number in the +1xxxxxxxxxx format in the Primary Telephone number field.
- Select Save
