Troubleshooting Leap login in Chrome
First, double-check that you are logging in at the correct URL. Login pages for all Polaris libraries look the same, so if you search the web for the login you could be attempting to log in to another library's Leap instance.
The link to log in to FCPL Leap is: https://fairfax-leap.polarislibrary.com/LeapWebApp
If you get the following error message in Chrome when logging in to Leap, use the following steps to clear your cookies and cache in Chrome.
Clear cache and cookies in Chrome
1. In the Chrome browser, click on the three vertical dots at the far right of the window.
2. From this menu, select "More Tools," then "Clear Browsing Data."
3. From the advanced menu, select a time period to clear cache and cookies. The default is for the last hour, which may work for staff who are logged in daily. For part-time or volunteer staff, it may be necessary to select a longer time period from the menu.
4. Select Clear Data and attempt to log in to Leap again.
