Q. A customer says they can't connect their VPN to the public wireless. Should they be able to?

The county’s wifi security is set up with URL filters, managed by DIT, to keep malicious entities from anonymously accessing our network. VPNs are not specifically blocked on the FCPL_Wifi, however, VPNs vary greatly in their configuration and behavior. VPNs may be blocked if they meet certain conditions set in the URL filter.
