While it is always best to check out and download your e-books before leaving the country, as of this writing Libby will allow you to search and download books from outside the country as long as you already have an account with us.
However, it is important to note that our FCPL catalog is not usable outside of the United States and Canada, so you will want to search for e-books directly inside the Libby app.
