You can still use curbside pickup if you do not have a cell phone. Please call ahead to your local branch using a land-line. You should let them know at that time you do not have a cell phone so you can make specific arrangements, including a window of time when you are able to pick up your items. Staff will get your holds while still on the phone with you to confirm what will be checked out to you.
