Please return library items back to their owning system or reciprocity to avoid fee accrual.

While the library does have an agreement with our reciprocal libraries to accept returned items, due to differing software systems, an item cannot be checked in until it arrives at the system or reciprocity from which is was borrowed. This means that late or lost fees may apply if the item arrives after the due date or is not received at all. Most institutions will return books by media mail as it is the most economical means of sending; it may also take longer. We recommend returning the item to the owning system whenever possible.
