Q. Can magazines be checked out?

The current issue of any magazine the library owns is not available for borrowing; however, back issues may be checked out for 3 weeks. Call or visit a branch to check on back issue availability. 

To find out which libraries hold a specific magazine, search for a title in the catalog, then limit the search to the format of Periodical. 

To browse an individual branch's magazine collection:

• Perform a Keyword or Anywhere search for Magazine.
• Use the Narrow Your Search options on the left to limit by Type of Material: Periodical
• Use the Narrow Your Search options on the left to limit by Assigned Branch.
