  • Customers may place up to 50 items on hold and have them sent to any branch for pick up.
  • Once a hold becomes available, customers will receive notification by email, text or phone and have 7 days to pick up held item(s).
  • If more than 7 days are needed to collect a held item or to cancel your hold, please contact the branch where the item is held or use the Submit a Question option to the right.
