There are no late fees associated with eBook and eAudibook titles you download for your Kindle, iPad, Nook or other eReader from Fairfax County Public Library. Titles expire at the end of the loan period and they are automatically returned to the library.
Most eBooks and eAudiobooks can be returned early. Please view the attached instructions below for your device to learn how to return eBooks and eAudiobooks early. Note: WMA format eAudiobooks can not be returned early.
If you borrow a library eBook and do not download it you can return it from your Overdrive Account once logged in with your library card number and password. eBooks viewed in the Overdrive READ format on a computer can also be returned from your Overdrive Account.
