Contact any library branch to report an item lost or damaged. The replacement cost of the book will be charged.

Items that are more than 21 days overdue will be declared lost and the cardholder will be billed for the cost of the item. If the long overdue item is returned, the replacement cost will be removed. 

Please look thoroughly before reporting a loss. Once a lost item is paid for it becomes the property of the customer and the library is unable to provide a refund or credit if found.
