Yes, you may opt to turn on the checkout history feature and we will save a list of all items returned. This will only display items returned after the feature is turned on. You may submit the account update form and check the box for "Save my checkout history so that I may review titles I have checked out after they are returned." Once the feature has been activated, when the customer selects the section labeled "Previous Checkouts" under the My Account section of the catalog all items returned since the feature was activated will be displayed.
